What does ‘Shelter’ mean to me? How can I narrate the sentiment of safety and encouragement in a natural form? I feel that shelter as a word reminds me of a maternal presence, a harboring and security thats afforded through a meticulous tenderness. These sculptures in oak and wire offer a familiar safety.
